In July 2014, Arx Urban acquired a 20-space surface parking lot and a 100% occupied high-street retail building in partnership with New York City based Atlas Real Estate Partners. The parking lot has the largest electric vehicle charging capacity in Boston and is in the rapidly changing Bulfinch Triangle neighborhood adjacent to the Government Center Garage and numerous transit hubs. The site has nearly 32,000 square feet of future development rights and the acquisition was closed with a loan from Cambridge Savings Bank.
