In December 2014, Arx Urban acquired a brownstone in Boston's smallest neighborhood, Bay Village. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of numerous subway stations, Back Bay, South End and Downtown Crossing and has a Walk Score of 98. After acquisition, Arx Urban completed a full historic restoration of the property into three luxury apartments, all with outdoor spaces. The property also contains two coveted parking spaces and overlooks one of Boston's most coveted gas-lamp lit streets. The project was financed with a loan from Bank of America.
