In February 2017, Arx Urban acquired two adjacent, mixed-use buildings in Dorchester's Glover Corner. The properties are within walking distance of the Savin Hill Red Line subway station and are across the street from the future Dot Block development. Working with Hybrid Construction & Development LLC, Arx Urban has begun improvements to the properties including unit renovations, a full energy retrofit through the Mass Save Multifamily Program and an exterior restoration. Common areas have also been improved with new lighting, windows, security systems, and insulation. Trinity Management LLC oversees daily operations.
