In July 2016, Arx Urban purchased a 40,000 square foot mixed-use building consisting of 19 loft apartments, 10,000 square feet of urban retail, and a parking garage with plans for future redevelopment. The Property makes up a full city block in the downtown corridor of Chelsea, an infill suburb located just 4 miles north of Boston. The Property is within walking distance to the Silver Line, Commuter Rail and the new regional FBI headquarters.

After acquisition, Arx Urban completed residential unit upgrades and common area enhancements and has assisted commercial tenants with rebranding and signage improvements in coordination with Chelsea Prospers program. Khalsa Design has been engaged to complete a feasibility study for redeveloping the parking garage. As currently contemplated, the scheme would include adding 50,000 square feet of residential, commercial, parking and green space. Trinity Management LLC oversees daily operations.
