Whiting is a 21-unit apartment complex in Lynn less than 10 miles north of downtown Boston. The property is in immediate vicinity of public transit including the commuter rail and the Shepard Street bus stop. The acquisition was financed with a loan from Eastern Bank and after acquisition, the property benefited from a Mass Save energy retrofit.
