OUR TEAM

Benjamin Moll

Benjie founded Arx Urban in 2014 and has completed 20 multifamily and mixed-use projects, delivering nearly 1,000 housing units and representing over $400 million in total project value. As Principal, Benjie leads the firm’s overall strategy, overseeing acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations. Arx Urban is known for its socially conscious, forward-thinking, and transparent approach, driving innovation in housing finance, design typology, and community engagement across the Greater Boston market. He has also served on the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Policy Technical Advisory Group and was appointed to the Mayor’s SPARK Boston Council (formerly ONEin3), where he represented Bay Village and advised the City’s Innovation Housing Lab on technology and financing strategies. In 2020, Benjie received a SPARK Impact Award for leveraging entrepreneurship to address housing instability and advance solutions to the housing crisis. Benjie is a frequent speaker on the intersection of housing, finance, affordability, and technology, with appearances at the Tuck School of Business, Brandeis, Harvard, and numerous industry conferences. Arx Urban was the first sponsor in the Northeast to raise capital online under Regulation 506(c), completing transactions across five different crowdfunding platforms. Before founding Arx Urban, Benjie was Vice President of Investments at Atlas Real Estate Partners and an Associate at JP Morgan Global Real Assets. He managed a $1.5 billion national portfolio of mixed-use real estate and led the investment strategy for more than 30 assets, including leasing, development, financing, and disposition. Benjie holds a BA from Tufts University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was a Tuck Scholar and received the Julia Stell Award for Leadership. He lives in Newton with his wife, Anna, and their daughters, Sophie and Janey.

Daniel Moll

Danny joined Arx Urban in 2014 and is responsible for all development, asset management, construction management and community relations activities. At Arx Urban, Danny has overseen 20 real estate development projects including the construction of the city’s largest (279 bed) co-living project and several infill affordable housing and historic brownstone redevelopments. In his previous role in the UBS Alternative Investments Group, he was responsible for raising over $800M for real estate, private equity and hedge funds. In this position, Danny developed and implemented asset allocation strategies for clients and completed due diligence on numerous real estate and private equity transactions. In 2016, Danny received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Boston Police Department for his work repositioning several problem properties while also working with tenant associations to prevent displacement and maximize the impact of Arx Urban’s investment. Danny is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and holds an unrestricted construction supervisors license. He was also an executive board member of the Bay Village Neighborhood Association and is a licensed real estate agent. He holds a BA from Tufts University, where he was captain of the golf team and a 2-time collegiate champion. He currently resides in Newton with his wife Marina and daughter Maddie.

Adam Giordano

Adam re-joined the Arx Urban team in 2023 (he previously interned in 2020) after spending three years facilitating the development of affordable/mixed income housing projects at WinnDevelopment. In his prior role, he focused on a variety of project types and scales, including new construction, acquisition rehab, adaptive reuse, and commercial build outs. He holds a Bachelors in Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Adam currently lives in Dorchester and enjoys running in the city and spending time with family.

Adam Ellabidy

Adam joined Arx Urban in 2021 and is responsible for supporting asset management and construction management. In his previous role at Lincoln Property Company, he was responsible for property management, maintenance and leasing, where he was an eight-time Top Leaser. Adam holds a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology where he was the President of the Energy and Sustainability Club. Additionally, he is currently pursuing an MS in Construction Management at Wentworth. Adam is a licensed real estate agent and currently resides in Chelsea where he loves playing basketball.

Joseph Crowther

Joe joined Arx Urban in 2024 and is responsible for acquisitions and capital markets activity. He previously served as a Senior Associate of Acquisitions at Equity Resource Investments (ERI) where he was responsible for evaluating and underwriting portfolio investments across multiple asset types. Joe started his career as an Investments Analyst at Longfellow Real Estate Partners where he was involved in investment analysis, due diligence, and preparation of investment memoranda. Joe holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he graduated cum laude. Joe also serves on volunteer committees for the New England Office of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude. He currently resides in Somerville.

Jonathan Moll

Jonathan joined Arx Urban in 2016 after serving as Babson College's Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary to the Board of Trustees and as a member of the President’s Executive Leadership Team. Prior to Babson, Jonathan was a partner at the national law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Education Group. Jonathan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He received his law degree from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in History from Harpur College, SUNY at Binghamton. Jonathan’s outside affiliations have included the Boston Bar Association, the National Association of College and University Attorneys, the New England Council of Counsels and the Harpur College Alumni National Law Advisory Council. Jonathan has lectured extensively on crisis management, risk management and workplace violence issues. In 2015, he was named an In-House Leader by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and New England In-House.

Evelyn Gonzalez

Evelyn joined Arx Urban as a Property Management Specialist in 2023 with over 17 years of experience in the property management field. She specializes in maintaining successful relationships with tenants and managing the financial aspect of properties with a focus on collections. Evelyn has been loyally working with Arx Urban since 2017. She previously worked at Common Living, Trinity Management and WinnCompanies where she was responsible for all aspects of management operations throughout the Greater Boston Area with a concentration in affordable housing. She holds professional designations including Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), Fair Housing Compliance (FHC), Certified Financial Specialist (CFS), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) and Certified Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance 4th level (CP4). Evelyn is bi-lingual and resides in Dorchester where she is inspired daily by her daughter and grandson. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
