Arx Urban acquired a 20-space surface parking lot and a 100% occupied high-street retail building in partnership with Atlas Real Estate Partners. The parking lot had the largest electric vehicle charging capacity in Boston and possessed nearly 32,000 square feet of future development rights in booming Bulfinch Triangle neighborhood adjacent to Government Center and numerous transit hubs.
