Arx Urban acquired an 8,982 square foot parcel at 4198-4206 Washington Street in Roslindale Village across from Adams Park. The single-story retail strip contains four local retailers and is located steps to the Roslindale MBTA Commuter Rail. Due to the site’s transit-oriented location, Arx Urban proposed a 31-unit mixed-income housing project above commercial space which would be leased to the existing local tenants after redevelopment. The proposal currently has Boston Planning and Development Agency approval.
