In 2023, Arx Urban acquired a 56-unit apartment community on Arlington Street in Downtown Framingham. The properties are within walking distance of the Framingham MBTA station and numerous urban amenities.

After acquisition, Arx Urban has been completing capital work at the Properties, including upgrades to security, sense of arrival, and common area finishes. A utility audit is also ongoing which will include implementation of the Mass Save program and installation of LED lighting and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
