Julian Square Apartments is a 40-unit workforce housing complex in the Sheridan sub-market of Denver, CO. Arx Urban provided advisory services to the sponsor, Compass Equity Partners, on the financing of the transaction. Compass is a vertically integrated real estate investment group headquartered in Denver and completed a full re-branding of the property including unit upgrades, an exterior and signage overhaul, new landscaping and major system renovations.
