Stadia

Stadia was a 46-unit luxury condominium development at 46-52 Hichborn Street in Brighton, steps from the 15.2-acre Boston Landing mixed-use development and commuter rail station. Arx Urban provided advisory services to the sponsor, Hichborn Partners LLC, arranging preferred equity for the project and investing alongside the sponsor. The project sold out in 2021 and contains private roof decks, a yoga room, community room, gym, and covered garage.
